Will you drink Tim Hortons' 24-ounce cup of coffee?

Starting next week, a large black will be the new medium black.
That's because Tim Hortons is rolling out its largest cup of joe yet. The new "extra large" sized cup is 24 fluid ounces, or 710 ml.
All of the other sizes will be renamed to accommodate the new "extra large." The previous 20-ounce "extra large" is now a "large," and so on, possibly causing some confusion for habitual Tim Hortons patrons in the coming weeks.
All of the existing sizes will cost the same as before, but will have different names.
Tim Hortons introduced the new sizes to test markets in Ontario last fall. During that time they phased out the eight-ounce (236 ml) "small" size entirely, but after customer feedback stores will still offer it under the new "extra small" label.
The new cup size names are the same ones they use in American Tim Hortons locations, with the exception of the eight-ounce version, which has never been available there.
Tim Hortons has been introducing new products and revamping its image in the last year to better compete with other fast-food brands including McDonald's and other coffee chains such as Second Cup and Starbucks.
The lauded Canadian coffee-and-doughnut company launched fast-food lasagna bowls in October, and espresso drinks in December.
