Transit and road closures hit morning commute after record-setting rainstorm
Toronto is still recovering from an unprecedented rainstorm that shattered records and paralyzed the city.
Subway service has resumed fully on the Sheppard and the Yonge-University-Spadina lines and on much of the Bloor-Danforth line.
However, there will be no service between Kipling and Jane stations, with commuters having to rely on a fleet of 70 shuttle buses.
