Rob Ford kept me off the street and out of jail, says Don Bosco coach
Not so long ago, Don Bosco Eagle’s assistant coach Andre Pokhodun was a student at the school where he now coaches. Before he met Rob Ford he was in a downward spiral likely headed for prison, instead of college.
Rob Ford, he says, changed all of that.
“If it wasn’t for football, I would have been in jail. I was hanging around with the wrong crowd. Football and Rob (Ford) kept me off the street. It gave me something to do,” said Pokhodun.
