Harper trade tour moves on to Costa Rica
The Canadian Press- After a Brazilian bathroom brouhaha and tough questions about Colombian human rights, Costa Rica may be just what Stephen Harper needs.
The prime minister is spending the better part of two days in the Central American nation talking up trade.
He'll also get a chance to indulge another passion when he checks out a Canadian junior hockey team that plays in paradise.
Earlier this week, a Brazilian newspaper reported Harper locked himself in the bathroom in a tiff over the timing of a toast.
But the Prime Minister's Office and Brazilian officials say that's not true.
Harper was also grilled in the Colombian capital over free trade with a country known for serious human rights abuses.
