What do you get for a Royal princess that seems to have everything?
How about three pairs of shoes?
That's what Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird gave Kate Middleton during the Royal couple's visit to Canada last summer.
A list of all the presents received by the couple on their Canadian tour, has been released by Clarence House, the royal administrative centre and official London residence of Prince Charles.
Will and Kate also received several gifts from the Prime Minster: his offerings included a woolen blanket, a framed photograph, souvenir edition Canadian magazines, two jackets, a bottle of whiskey, and a Canadian flag.
Other 'ministerial' gifts included "two mosquito traps" from Health Minister Leona Aglukkaq and "two sports shirts" from Defence Minister Peter MacKay.
Among items from the general public were two children's drawings, a dog toy, a rock sample, a rag doll, and newspaper cuttings.
According to the Telegraph Newspaper, official gifts aren't the property of the recipient, but are considered to have been received on behalf of the monarch.
Royals who carry out foreign tours tend to bring home the most swag, and are allowed full use of the item for their lifetime, after which the gift passes back to the Queen.
