Another YouTube video of an MP falling asleep in the House of Commons

Some of our members of parliament seem to have trouble staying awake while on the job.
Who could forget the widely viewed YouTube video, in November, showing Conservative MP Rob Anders falling asleep during question period in the House of Commons?
Well, this month's 'sleepy MP' video stars rookie NDP MP Jonathan Genest-Jourdain.
In the video, we see the Quebec MP checking out his impressive thick head of hair on his iPhone, and then falling asleep while his NDP colleague addresses parliament.
In his blog, Dale Smith seems to defend the likes of Anders and Genest-Jourdain blaming their behaviour on diminishing procedural order.
"Years allowing the Standing Orders to slide and be undermined are turning debates in the House to irrelevance," Smith wrote.
"I was in the Chamber this evening waiting for the slightly delayed debate on C-304. Around the House were listless MPs, disengaged from the debate. Most were focused on their laptops — one MP had very conspicuous earphones plugged into his — or their iPads. A couple were going over paperwork. Nobody was actually paying attention to the debate."
Or maybe the MPs should just act a little more professional?
