$1M in BlackBerrys stolen
CBC News- More than $1 million worth of BlackBerry smartphones were stolen from a warehouse in Mississauga, Ont., last weekend.
Peel Police Const. Erin Cooper said the thieves made away with about 2,700 of the brand new devices.
The phones are described as BlackBerrys, model No. 9810. The colours stolen were grey and white.
Police say they have no information about possible suspects, but are warning the public that identification and PIN numbers for the stolen phones have been recorded.
Police say anyone in possession of a stolen smartphone could face criminal charges.
