We provide services to all residential and commercial HVAC systems everywhere in Greater Toronto Area. These services include repairs and maintenance services to all makes and models of heating and cooling equipments.
REPAIR SERVICES
Our labour rates include truck charge and traveling time for diagnosing a problem are $89.00+GST for residential and minimum $129.00 +GST ( depending on location and accessibility of equipment ) for commercial equipments anywhere in GTA. This rate is the same if the equipment is fixed in the first half hour without changing any part. Otherwise your cost depending on availability of the parts and based on the mutual agreement is calculated and is payable to us.
Remember if your equipment is less than 5 years old most probably you have manufacturer warranty on the parts. In this case we bring the parts free of charge to your place (our time to bring the part is chargeable).
AFTER HOUR SERVICES
Our time of operation is 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for services. After hour services are available too. The rate for after hour service is regular rate plus 40%.
MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Also we offer maintenance services for both commercial and residential equipment our rate for performing residential equipment such as clean up and service a furnace or air conditioner is $69.95. For commercial this rate depends on location and size of unit.
