Winterlicious is back for 2014 with more prix-fixe meals from top Toronto restaurants. The annual foodie fest, presented by the city of Toronto, has over 190 different menus creating special menus to show off their specialties, including starters, entrées and desserts. This fine-dining experience costs around $15 to $25 for lunch, or $25 to $45 for dinner per person, plus taxes and gratuity.
