Join us at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel to celebrate Tartan Day 2012. This will be a fun evening of Scottish dancing for all the family and you don't need to have any dancing experience. There will be a demonstration by the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society and the Nancy Richards School of Highland Dancers, plus more to be announced. All the profits made for the evening, will be donated to the Sick Kids Foundation.
On the 6th April, Tartan Day is held in Canada and the US and celebrates Scottish heritage. Last year the Maple Leaf Tartan became a official emblem for Canada and further strengthened the importance of this day.
