The 6th Annual Toronto International Flamenco Festival creates a breathtaking experience, bringing together explosive traditional flamenco with a taste of the unexpected by the most innovative and critically acclaimed performers from Spain and Canada. This year’s festival features one of the most awarded artists from Spain and abroad; Rafaela Carrasco, in her first appearance in Canada, in her show Vamos al Tiroteo. This show won two major awards at the Biennal of Flamenco of Seville: BEST Prize Giraldillo Dancer and Press Prize for the Best Choreography. Critics have raved about this show:
