The event, which was created by Toms Shoes, is called One Day without Shoes (www.onedaywithoutshoes.com).
It's an incredible event, held in multiple cities across the globe, where people are encouraged to 'go without shoes' in order to raise awareness for the millions of people (especially children) who cannot afford the basic luxury of having shoes.
We're helping this cause by organizing an event both in Toronto and Vancouver on April 10th- the official date worldwide for 'One Day WIthout Shoes'.
