On Saturday, November 19, as part of Toronto’s Cavalcade of Lights celebration, the lights in the Bloor-Yorkville neighbourhood will be switched on in a dazzling display. Families and friends are invited to the Official Lighting Ceremony in the Village of Yorkville Park (Cumberland Street and Bellair Street) to watch the area come to life with Holiday Magic!
The festivities start at 5 p.m. and will include a performance by Juno-Winning jazz and blues artist “MOLLY JOHNSON”! Before and after the lights come on, visitors can also stroll through Bloor-Yorkville and take in the animated storefront windows, enchanting displays and charming decorations, while enjoying free hot beverages and refreshments.
