The Gingerbread Village is an exhibit which consists of eight replicated buildings from Black Creek Pioneer Village, made entirely with gingerbread and icing. Culinary artists from George Brown College, Humber College and others in the design and culinary community created each of the replicated buildings, which will be judged by Black Creek's head chef, a local architect and culinary historian on accuracy in replication and creativity.
The judging takes place on November 18, but the display is up until December 23.
