The French Creole Festival (FKZO), with the popular Zouk and Kompa music that attracts more than 30,000 visitors, will welcome the international band Kassav - direct from Paris. Kassav will perform at a concert at the Opera House on July 28. Tickets are $45 each and are available through their website. Check out their full list of events [pdf].

Expect a day of fun and entertainment for the entire family. Scheduled activities for the kids face painting, games and entertainment throughout the afternoon. Creole and Caribbean cuisine will be available as well as other information booths. Admission to all festival events, with the exception of the Kassav concert is free.
