[ICHR]: Fundraising Event for Earthquake relief in Iran

Dear friends,
In a collective effort to support our brothers and sisters who were victim of the earthquake in Azerbaijan, the International Center for Human Rights has launched a fundraising campaign. As part of this campaign ICHR invites you to join us in a fundraising event on August 26 at North York Civic Centre, Community room # 3. There will be live Performance and dinner will be served. (details of the event will be available shortly)
The earthquakes in North West of Iran have killed at least 306 people and injured thousands. The quakes hit the towns of Ahar, Haris and Varzaqan in East Azerbaijan province. The 6.2-magnitude quake left thousands homeless--due to the fact that the houses and buildings in the cities of Ahar and Varzeghan as well as the villages in that region were built with poor quality material.
Location: North York Civic Center, Community room # 3.
Time: 4:30-6:00pm, Saturday August 26
Ticket: $15 (Live Performance + Dinner)
(All proceeds go to earthquake relief in Iran)
