This heritage-designated industrial building was constructed in 1899 for the Macdonald Manufacturing Company and once was a tin factory known for its lithographic work. The current occupants – artists, cultural producers and micro-enterprises – echo that artistic lineage. The original character and architectural features of the renovated building have been preserved and green elements added, including a roof garden and interior courtyard.
